What is Collectify?

Collectify is a private, non-social way to catalog your collections. Create named collections, add items as beautiful cards, update details over time, and share a public URL when you want to show or sell—no accounts required for viewers.

How to Create a Collection

  1. Sign up & log in. Create your account and access the dashboard.
  2. Find “New Collection.”
    • Left sidebar: New Collection
    • Center CTA: Create New Collection
  3. Create it.
    • Enter a name (max 21 characters; LTR non-English supported).
    • Your collection appears on the dashboard.

How to Organize Items in a Collection

  1. Open the collection.
  2. Drag & drop an item to the desired position in the grid and drop to place it.

How to Edit an Item

  1. Select the item you want to edit.
  2. Click the pencil icon to open Edit Item.
  3. Update fields: Title, Description, Image, For Sale, Price, Currency.
  4. Click Update Item to save.

How to Make a Collection Public

  1. Open the collection from your dashboard.
  2. Click Edit Collection (right side).
  3. Toggle Make Public → On. A custom URL is generated.
  4. Copy & share the URL, then click Update to save.

How to Add an Item to a Collection

  1. Open your collection.
  2. Click the plus (+) button (bottom-right) to open Add Item.
  3. Enter details:
    • Title (max 26 chars)
    • Description (max 70 chars)
    • Image from: Local files, Camera (desktop), Dropbox, or Google Drive
    • On mobile, take the photo first, then select it from files.

How to Delete an Item

  1. Locate the item in your collection.
  2. Click the trash icon and confirm in the pop-up.

Important: Deletions are permanent.

How to Delete a Collection

  1. Choose the collection on your dashboard.
  2. Click Edit Collection.
  3. Empty it first: all items must be removed before deletion.
  4. Click Delete in the modal and confirm.

Note: Deleted collections (and their public URLs) cannot be restored.
